According to the CDC, temperature checks and pre-screening procedures must be in place for employees and visitors prior to entering a work place. To comply with this guideline, the BC Emergency Response Team will use a “Zone” approach.

Staff and Faculty will be assigned Health Check-In Zones to document temperature readings and monitor symptoms related to the novel corona virus. This form will be electronic, completed only by the staff or faculty member and saved to a HIPPA protected Cloud server that only the employee and HR can access as needed.

Daily check-in hours will be between: 7:30a.m. – 9:30 a.m.
