Vice President for Enrollment Management

Benedict College President Roslyn Clark Artis invites candidates for the position of Vice President for Enrollment Management (VPEM).  The College is in search of an exemplary enrollment management practitioner who can not only lead the admissions, recruitment, and financial aid aspects of the institution but also proactively seek opportunities to continue to advance Benedict College in areas of student success and strategic enrollment management.

As part of the President’s Executive Cabinet, the VPEM will oversee all enrollment management functions of the university and supervise the Division of Enrollment Management. The VPEM will possess the knowledge and experience of a seasoned professional and have demonstrated leadership experience in Admissions, Recruitment, Financial Aid, and Scholarships. In addition, the successful candidate should have experience in formulating and implementing a strategic enrollment management plan. The VPEM should be familiar with the scope of enrollment management best practices within higher education, including predictive data analytics, institutional research, marketing, and student housing. The VPEM should show a commitment to furthering the College’s mission and move Benedict College forward with sustained effort per the leadership agenda.
