1st Attendant: Stephanie Prophet ******* 2nd Attendant: A'ndrea Foster On Saturday, July 9, 2005, Zandra "Chinae" Newton, a former Miss Benedict College and Miss Capital City Classic, competed with 39 other young ladies from South Carolina in the Miss South Carolina Pageant in Spartanburg, SC. She didn't make the final 10, but she did win a $600.00 scholarship for the highest score in the non-finalist Talent competition and an all-expense-paid trip to the Miss America Pageant 2005 in Atlanta City, NJ.
