Important Reminders

All Organizations:

1. Must elect two (2) Representatives or the Tiger House of Representative (Student Senate). A Representative must attend all Tiger House of Representative ( Senate Meeting).
2. Must Complete all Facility Request forms ten (10) working days prior to the event.
3. Must have ALL posters and signs approved before posting on campus.
4. Must remove posters and signs form the campus the following day after the event.
5. Must contact the Physical Plant via work order for room set-up in the Campus Center.
6. The Office of Student Activities only provides the facility.
7. Greek and Social Lettered Organizations should select a reliable member for the Pan Hellenic/InterFraternal Council.
8. Greek and Social Lettered Organizations ONLY must submit a copy of Proof of Liability Insurance, yearly.
9. Greek and Social Lettered Organization must have an On-Campus Advisor
10. Must complete Advisor's Registration Form
