Definition of Non-Boarding Student or Day Student

Off-Campus Student

A Student at a college or university who does not reside in the facilities provided by the institution.

Part-time Student

A student enrolled in a number of course credits that is less than full-time.  Usually, this is less than 12 credits a semester.

Non-Traditional Student

A student who is married, have children, are 25 years of age or older, or are resuming their studies after a break from college.
