Financial Certification

The U.S. immigration laws require every educational institution to certify that each student admitted has adequate funding to attend school.  The student must be able to show proof of financial resources for 12 months of expenses. The estimated Cost of Attendance is updated annually.  For more information on student visas, visit the Department of State website.

The form below has been developed for the purpose of financial certification at Benedict College only. The U.S. embassy or consulate in the student’s home country may require additional documentation in order to issue the entry visa. This form should be used by students who will be self-supported or supported by family members or friends. This form is provided for your convenience. You may submit it separately, independent of your application and application support documents.
