 Dr. Gloria Swindler Boutte is an Education Professor at Benedict College in Columbia, South Carolina. She is the author of Multicultural Education: Raising Consciousness and Resounding Voices: School Experiences of People From Diverse Ethnic Backgrounds and numerous other publications related to diversity. She has presented widely on diversity issues and enjoys working with teachers and schools. She is also the Director for the newly established Center of Excellence for the Education and Equity of African American students in Columbia, South Carolina.
Dr. Gloria Boutte received top award at the South Carolina Independent Colleges and Universities Excellence in Teaching Awards Banquet.
