The self-study report for each unit will take in consideration all related MUST statements from the SACS Criteria for Accreditation…and basically use the strategic planning format. They will include at least the following:
1. Mission (and purpose) statement.
2. Brief description of program, staff, and students..
3. Strengths and weaknesses..
4. Goals..
5. Objectives..
6. Implementation Strategies..
7. Assessment and Evaluations..
8. Changes made as a result of evaluations..
9. Recommendations..
Review current Strategic Plan, created in 1995. The format will be based on the new plan.
