Camille Clemmons-James named NCAA South Region Female Track Athlete of the Year:
Clemmons-James, a junior from Columbia, S.C., captured three school records during the 2011 regular season, rewriting the school bests for 100 meters, 200 meters, and 400 meters. Her time in the 400 meters ranks fifth overall in NCAA Division II headed into the Championships. At the 2011 SIAC Championships, she finished second in the 100 meters and fourth in the 200 meters.

Gabrielle Nixon, Senior from Inagua, Bahamas, was awarded the SIAC Female Athlete of the Year in the field events by scoring a total of 25 points. She placed 1st in the Shot Put with a 40' 4" (12.64m), 1st in the Discus Throw with a 131'5" (40.7m), 4th in the Hammer Throw with a 128'01" (39.05m), and 8th in the Javelin Throw with a 89'4" (27.22m)

Camille Clemmons-James, Junior from Columbia, SC, placed second overall in the 100m Dash with a 12.15 and fourth overall in the 200m dash with a 25.05. She currently ranked no. 24 in the nation in the 100m dash and 18th in the 200m Dash
Annalece Nembhard, Sophomore from Kingston, Jamaica, placed 3rd in the Discus Throw with a 125'9" (38.34m), 3rd in the Shot Put with 37'8" (11.50m), and 4th in the Javelin throw with 103'2 (31.45m)
Shanterria King, Freshman from Atlanta, GA, placed 5th in the 400m Dash with a 59.24
Charvez Holmes, Senior from Atlanta, GA, placed 5th in the Javelin Throw with a 94'9" (28.89m), 6th in the Discus Throw with a 116'6" (35.50m), 7th in the Hammer Throw with a 115'1" (35.07m), and 8th in the Shot Put with a 35'1" (10.69m)

Christopher A. J. Smith, Junior from Clover, SC, breaks the SIAC, Benedict College and stadium (at Morehouse) record in Pole Vault with a 16' 2" (4.93m) Jump. This is also a Provisional Qualifying mark which he is currently ranked 8th in the Nation. He finished 3rd in the Decathlon with 5736 and 5th in the Javelin Throw with a 160'7" (48.96m)
Brandon Johnson, Junior from Tucson, AZ, placed 1st in the Discus Throw with a school record of 157'10" (48.10m), 4th in the Shot Put with a 41'2" (12.56m), and a 6th place finish in the Hammer Throw of 113'6" (34.60m)
Chavis Taylor, Freshman from Spartanburg, SC, placed 1st in the 800m run with 1:54.09, 6th in the 1500m run with a 4:13.56, and 7th in the 5000m run with a 17:27.48
Dickson Toroitich, Junior from Eldoret, Kenya, placed 1st in the 10,000m run with a 33:58.11, 2nd in the 5000m run with a 16:19.30, and 2nd in the 3000m SC with a 9:48.80
Hadrien Choukroun, Junior from Moutrouge, France, placed 2nd in the Decathlon with 5996, and 2nd in the Pole Vault with a 14'3" (4.35m)
Darnell Washington, Sophomore from Petersburg, VA, placed 2nd in the 200m dash with 21.82 and 3rd in the 100m Dash with 10.89.
Tre Adderley, Freshman from Freeport, Bahamas, placed 2nd in the Javelin Throw with a school record breaking mark of 186'1" (56.72m), 4th in the Decathlon with a 5646, and 3rd in the Pole Vault with a 11'6" (3.51m)
