Women's Tennis Team played Columbia College 2007

The Benedict College Women's Tennis Team played Columbia College on Monday, March 5, 2007 in closing out their non-conference prep matches before heading into SIAC conference competition. The Tigerettes showed their readiness with a very competitive match that revealed their hard work in practice and early non-conference schedule. In total match scores, the Women came up short 6-4. At the end of the match, strong victories in singles at the #3, #4 and #5 seeds, and the closely played loses the team played at #1 and #2 singles and at #1& #2 doubles revealed a step up in confidence and focus for match play in the coming SIAC conference play.
