Tennis Team Match Recap at North Greenville University 2007

The Men and Women's tennis team traveled to Tigerville on Saturday, March 3rd for a non-conference match against North Greenville University. In a match that was hindered by 45 mph winds, the competition took on a home court advantage aspect as the conditions were the worst for regulation NCAA play. The match was then considered a scrimmage match. The men were defeated 5-0 and the women 6-0 as they actually gained experience under harsh situation just to be able to see the wind ball movement and finish the match. These tough conditions will be remembered as they go on into conference play.
