Women's Tennis Team met Albany State at the BC Community Park Tennis Courts 2007

The Women's Tennis Team met Albany State at the Laurel Street park tennis courts for a Harambee Tennis exhibition Saturday February 24th 2007. This was the first ever home on-campus tennis match for the team. The match started slowly for the Tigerettes with the #1 and #3 doubles losing pro sets at 8-5 and 8-6 respectively but gaining a strong victory at #3 doubles with an 8-1 to close in at 1-2 in match score. In singles flights the lady tigers put their focus and individual skills in line and went on to win 6 of the 6 singles matches to come out victorious 7-2.
