Football Team featured James Graham (#44):

• James Graham (Jr, ILB, 6-0, 220, Salters, SC).
• Co-Defensive Players of the Week (week of September 28, 2008): Recorded 10 tackles (6 solo), two tackles for loss, a fumble recovery, a QB hurry and half a sack in Tigers first win over Albany State in six years.
• 2008 SIAC All Conference Football Team, 1st Team.
• 2008 South Carolina All-State College Football Team.
• James Graham led the Tiger defense with 75 tackles and three-and-a-half sacks.

The Tigers finished the 2008 football season with a record of 5 - 6 (4 - 5 Conference).
