Ex-Benedict Quarterback signs with CFL
Ramon Robinson, a two-year starter
on the Benedict College football team, has signed a pact with the Saskatchewan
Roughriders of the Canadian Football League. Term of the contract was not announced.
Robinson,
who played last season with Charleston Swamp Foxes of Arena Football 2, threw
for 2,110 Yards and 17 touchdowns in 1997, his junior year. He completed 135 passes of 234 attempts for a percentage of 57.7.
