Dickson Toroitich earned the week's SIAC East Division (Men) Runner of the Week. Toroitich continued his impressive season with a time of 19:21.00 in the 6K during the Claflin Invitational. This is his fourth consecutive weekly honor, fifth overall this season. Toroitich helped lead Benedict to the top men's team time in the East Division for the third consecutive week.
Kaneesha Knowles earned the week's SIAC East Division (Women) Runner of the Week. Knowles led all women in the east with a time of 16:01.00 in the 4K during the Claflin Invitational.

Dickson Toroitich earned the week's SIAC East Division (Men) Runner of the Week after running the top individual times in the SIAC for the week. Toroitich, who is being honored for the third consecutive week, ran a time of 26:30.10 in the 8K during the Royal Cross Country Challenge in Charlotte, NC. Toroitich and his Benedict teammates finished with the top men's team time in the East Division with a total time of 2:29:80.00 and an average time of 29:96.00.

Dickson Toroitich was named the SIAC Runner of the Week for the East Division Men. Toroitich ran a time of 34:47.12 in the 10K during the Augusta State Invitational. He helped lead Benedict to the top men's team time in the East Division with a total time of 3:11:22.25 and an average time of 38:16.45 in the 10K.
Kaneesha Knowles was named the SIAC Runner of the Week for the East Division Women. Knowles ran a time of 28:53.62 in the 6K during the Augusta State Invitational.

Dickson Toroitich was named the East's Top Male Runner. Dickson, the SIAC's top male runner coming into the season, ran a time of 26:07.51 in the 8K during the Asics Invitational/South Carolina Intercollegiate Championships at Winthrop University. He finished sixth in a field of 79 runners from colleges throughout South Carolina, including several Division I schools.
