Team of the Week, Men: Benedict College
Benedict ran at the Furman Invitational and finished in 11th place out of 17 teams. The Tigers averaged 29:57.40 on the course and had a total time of 2:29:47.00.
Runners of the Week, Men: Dickson Toroitich
Toroitich ran at the Furman Invitational and completed the 8K course in 27:27.00. Toroitich finished in 11th place out of 150 athletes.

Men's Team of the Week: Benedict College
The Tigers finished in 1st place at the Augusta State Cross Country Invite with an average time of 35:52.90 and an overall time of 2:59:24.50. All but two of the seven runners finished the 10k race in the Top 10 in the eight team meet that also featured two other SIAC competitors, Morehouse and Paine College. Benedict is currently ranked third in the USTFCCCA Regional Rankings.
 Male Athlete of the Week: Dickson Toroitich
Dickson ran at the Augusta State Cross Country Invite and finished the 10k course in 35.52.90. Dickson completed the course in 1st place and is currently the SIAC's fastest runner in the 8k run with a time of 26:04.00 just 19 seconds faster this his teammate Oneil Williams.

Men's Team of the Week: Benedict College
The Tigers completed the course in a total time of 2:15:04.00 with an average athlete finishing the course in 27:00.80. Benedict finished in second place in their divisional run but overall they finished in 8th place out of 17 teams who competed.
Male Athlete of the Week: Dickson Toroitich
Dickson competed at the Asics/Winthrop Invitational and ran the 8k course in 4th place. The freshman completed the race in 26:04.00 just slightly ahead of his teammate Oneil Williams. Toriotich led his team to a second place finish in the Garnett division.
