On Saturday, November 8, 2008, BC Men's Cross-Country Team finished sixth place at the NCAA Division II South Region Cross-Country Championships. Dickson Toroitich was named to the Men's All-South Region Team.

On Friday, October 24, 2008 at the SIAC Cross Country Championships, BC Men's Cross Country Team dethrones Morehouse College to get their first Men's Cross Country Title.
