On Saturday, November 17, 2007, Emmanuel Kirwa placed 57th out of a field of 187 student-athletes at the NCAA DII National Cross Country Championships. Kirwa ran the 10k men's race in 32:10, averaging 5:11 min each mile (his second-fastest career time).
