Benedict Lady Tigers too much for Kentucky State Thorobreds
With a severe storm in effect, ice filled streets and 6 inches of snow on the ground, the Lady Tigers continued their tip-off against the Thorobreds of Kentucky State University. Returning to the hardwood with win last week against Lane College, Coach Felicia Jenkins and the Lady Tigers remain unbeaten in the SIAC and 8-2 overall. The Lady Tigers totaled an impressive 11 steals during the game and shot 41 percent from the field. Bridgett Williams held on to the leading scorer's position bringing in 13 points.
