Benedict rallies passed Albany State University

The Benedict College Tigers took on the visiting Albany University Golden Rams. The Tigers defeated the Golden Rams without the big presents of the 7-footer Dakin Braddick and with little playing time from the sharp shooting Charles Gibbs. The Tigers won 63-55 and remain #1 in the SIAC with an overall record of (9-3).

Martinis Woody had a great night scoring 11 points and bringing down a total of 18 rebounds. Woody also added 5 blocks to his defensive resume. David Wine also stepped up scoring 14 points and drawing in several fouls on the night. Michael Holmes also had 10 rebounds and 11 points on the night.
