Kelvin Conrad Davis was born in Fairfield County. At an early age he showed a fervent interest in Law Enforcement. He attended public schools in Fairfield County and graduated from S.C. State University receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice. The inspiration he received while obtaining his Degree at S.C. State University led him to the S.C. Criminal Justice Academy where he received his Certification in Law Enforcement. During his Law Enforcement career, which expands over twenty years he has held many positions. Deputy Davis' outstanding law enforcement accomplishments are that he is recognized by South Carolina Courts as an expert witness in finger print identification and crime scene processing. He has investigated over 200 Homicides, 100 200 Suicides, 75 100 Accidental Deaths, has attended over 400 Autopsies and Investigated over 4,000 Burglaries. His dedication to the community in Law Enforcement has earned him numerous awards, certifications and recognition. Kelvin Conrad Davis is highly respected by his peers in all areas of Law Enforcement.
