Registrar & Student Records

Transcript Requests

Request by Mail

  1. Request and release of a transcript must be in writing and include the following information:
    • Full name (include maiden name, if applicable)
    • Social Security Number
    • Major
    • Dates of Attendance/ Graduation Date
    • Number of copies
    • Name and address of agency, school, organization, etc. where transcript is to be sent

    Please note: Official transcripts are not sent to home addresses, only student copies, unless the specified use of the transcript is indicated and information provided. These transcripts will be secured in "an invalid if seal is broken" envelope.

  2. The fee for processing a transcript is $5.00 per copy for all graduates and non-enrolled students and $2.00 for currently enrolled students. All monies must be remitted in a cashier's check or money order. NO PERSONAL CHECKS.
  3. Mail your request to:

On Campus Requests

Provisions are also made for on campus requests. A Transcript Release Form and further instructions can be obtained from the Office of Registrar & Student Records (Bacoats Hall).

Please allow at least 5 days from the date of receipt of your request for processing. If you have a ebt obligation with the school, please follow up with our Student Accounts Office.
