Greetings

We welcome Benedict alumni, friends, and supporters to Homecoming 2007, which promises to be filled with all of the excitement, camaraderie and good ole Tiger spirit of the years gone by.

We are very optimistic about our tenth season of intercollegiate play as members of the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC). We welcome our new Head Football Coach, Stanley Conner, as he embarks upon his first season at Benedict. The Tigers face a more rigorous schedule this year and are looking forward to a homecoming victory against Ft. Valley State University.

You are encouraged to join our welcome home celebration that includes such festive events as our Evening of Jazz, the Tigerama Party, the Concert featuring the Manhattans and our soul-stirring Homecoming Parade.

We pray that you have a safe and pleasant trip returning to your alma mater for one of the most anticipated football games of our season.
