ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • U.S. Citizen
  • At least 13 years of age but not 19
  • First generation college student(parent/guardian must not hold a college degree)
  • 2/3 of students must be income eligible
  • Must have academic potential for doing college work and must be college bound
