The Incubator's Main Office is located in Suites 102-107 at 2601 Read Street.

As per the lease agreement, rent will be due on the 10th of each month without notice.  Please make checks payable to Benedict College.  Send remittance to:  c/o Mr. Solomon Addico, 1600 Harden Street, Office of Business and Finance, Columbia, SC 29204.

Office hours are from 8:30-5:00 Monday through Friday.  If you require hours other than the ones specified, please speak with the Director.
