All twodimensional work must be properly framed and ready to hang (with screw eyes and wire. Any shipped work must be container suitable for return shipping. Use only screws for securing wooden crates. All crates containingnails will be returned unopened. For the exhibition of threedimensional work, the gallery has pedestal and display walls/platforms available.

Benedict College reserves the right to refuse works which are not properly presented, or do not otherwise reflect standards of the college. Benedict college reserves the right to edit works if too many pieces are submitted for the available space. We will in all cases try to coordinate this with the artist. All works will be insured upon delivery until one week after the exhibition closes Benedict College cannot assume responsibility for loss or damage of art works after this time.Benedict College can only special cases where grants have been aquired assume the cost of insuring any work during shipping. This remains the responsibility of the artist. However, we will take every precaution to ensure the safety of the work. Benedict College will pay for return shipping. Please return a signed copy of this form if your proposal is accepted.
