African American Health    Pertaining to African Americans, it provides articles (including latest news), research, statistics and other health information on prevention/screening, nutrition, specific conditions, children, men, women, senior citizens, and teenagers. It include information provided by African American health and other organizations.
     
ClinicalTrials.gov   It provides patients, family members, health care professionals, and members of the public easy access to information on clinical research studies for a wide range of diseases and conditions. It provides regularly updated information about federally and privately supported clinical research in human volunteers, and gives you information about a trial's purpose, who may participate, locations, and phone numbers for more details. A clinical trial is a research study to answer specific questions about vaccines or new therapies or new ways of using known treatments. It helps to advance medicine, develop effective treatment, and establish effective dosages and identify side effects of medications.
     
DIRLINE   Directory of health organizations and resources. Information includes names, addresses, telephone numbers, interests, activities, and services.
     
Interactive Health Tutorials   The tutorials listed below are interactive health education resources from the Patient Education Institute. Using animated graphics each tutorial explains a procedure or condition in easy-to-read language. You can also listen to the tutorial.
     
MEDLINE/PubMed   Provides references and abstracts from 4600 biomedical journals. It includes links to full-text journals of participating publishers. Most articles are written for the health care professional. It covers clinical, research, educational, and administrative aspects of dentistry, medicine, nursing, and veterinary medicine.
     
MEDLINEplus   It is user-friendly. It provides health information for patients and the public. Find answers to your health questions. It is a consumer health information resources, including full-text documents on over 600 medical topics, information on drugs, a medical encyclopedia, medical dictionaries, and directories of libraries, hospitals and health care professionals.
     
PubMed Central   A digital archive of life sciences journal literature.
