MING YIN, PH.D., is a professor of Physics/Engineering at Benedict College, Columbia, South Carolina. He holds a PH.D. degree in Physics from Utah State University, Logan, Utah, 1992. His graduate studies were in the topic of precision measurements using optical and laser probes.  He has been engaged in the determination of Cavendish's constant of universal gravitation after his move to Benedict College.

Taan S. El Ali, Ph.D., is a full professor of electrical engineering at Benedict College, Columbia, South Carolina. He received his B.S. degree in electrical engineering in 1987 from The Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio, his M.S. degree in systems engineering in 1989 from Wright State University, Dayton, Ohio, and his M.S. in applied mathematics and his Ph.D.
