Boarding students who cancel their housing before the end of the semester will be subject to the following penalty fees:
First-time Freshmen Students
Week 1 - 10% of Room and Board
Week 2 - 25% of Room and Board
Week 3 - 50% of Room and Board
Week 4 - 75% of Room and Board
Week 5 - 100% of Room and Board
Returning and Transfer Students
Week 1 - 20% of Room and Board
Week 2 - 40% of Room and Board
Week 3 - 60% of Room and Board
Week 4 - 80% of Room and Board
Week 5 - 100% of Room and Board
