YOUR INVITATION
Benedict College invites you to the Twenty-Fourth Annual Harambee Festival. The festival features good gospel music, all day stage performances, food, jazz, contemporary music, empowerment workshops, an art exhibit, health screenings, the African Village of hard-to-find merchandise, and a children's village.
APPRECIATION
Benedict College thanks you for your support and patronage of the Harambee Festival over the past twenty-three years. We look forward to the Twenty-Fourth Annual Harambee Festival and ask for your continued support.
COSTS
$125.00 per vendor table. $250.00 for food vendors. Refunds less $50.00 through February 15, 2013. There will be NO REFUNDS for merchandise or food vendor registration after February 15, 2013.

Please note when submitting a company or personal check please have the following information on your check:
1. Drivers License Number
2. Physical Address(Not a P.O. Box Number)
3. Telephone Number
BAKE CONTEST
Your cooking deserves a prize! Enter your best dessert in the contest. Registration forms must be received by February 8, 2013, to have names published in the Harambee Program but will be accepted until February 23, 2013. Prizes will be awarded as follows:
1st place: $100.00
2nd place: $75.00
3rd place: $50.00
REGISTRATION
Merchandise vendors, food vendors, and exhibitors may register by completing the form attached and submitting the appropriate fee by February 8, 2013, to ensure that your name is printed in the Harambee Festival Booklet. All merchandise and food vendors must have business licenses. There is no charge for non-profit exhibitors.
