The Benjamin F. Payton Learning Resources Center (LRC) or Library is a place for quiet study, research, learning and scholarship. When using the facilities, resources and services of the Benjamin F. Purpose of Document:

Library policies and regulations, as outlined in the above document, reflect official College policies and procedures as described in the Benedict College Student Handbook. This library policies and regulations document specifically addresses decorum expectations for students and library users while in the facility.Anyone who violates College policies and procedures, including proper decorum in the library, is subject to disciplinary action. Such action may include counsel from the library's staff, removal from the library, appearing before the College's Student Judiciary Committee, and in some cases, suspension from the College. Additionally, students are urged to review the Benedict College Student Handbook.
