The Chemistry Program is designed to provide students with knowledge of the basic laws, theories, and principles of chemical systems and skills which will enable them to:

1. 1. Enter careers in the chemical industry;
2. 2. Pursue graduate work in chemistry; and
3. 3. Enter a professional school of medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, or nursing.
