Benedict College gives serious consideration to every applicant who has met his/her state requirements for a high school diploma or GED and who is committed to taking full advantage of the opportunities the College provides him/her to obtain a college education. Our mission is to help make the process of enrolling at Benedict College simple and to treat each application with respect and dignity. Students completing an application for admissions must follow the instructions below:

  1. Submit an application (online or paper)
  2. Review checklist on webpage
  3. Submit official transcript(s) – high school and/or college within 10 days of submitting an application
  4. Submit SAT/ACT scores (School Code: SAT -5056 or ACT - 3834)
  5. Submit Application Fee ($25.00) or fee waiver from Guidance Office
  6. Complete the following documents for financial aid (School Code 003420):
    • Application for a PIN number (student and parent)
    • Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA: www.FAFSA.ed.gov)
    • Entrance Counseling Form
    • Master Promissory Note (MPN) and
    • PLUS Form
  7. Make a Payment

Transfer students must be eligible to return to the last college or university attended and must provide Admissions and Student Marketing with an official copy of their academic record.

All new freshmen will receive additional information from the First Year Experience Program regarding academic and social enrichment information that will help you during your matriculation at Benedict College. The First Year Experience Program’s slogan “BC Transformers: Enter with Pride - Exit with Power” is the legacy of Benedictines who are accomplished citizens in communities around the world.

We welcome all high schools, students, families, churches and community organizations to tour our beautiful campus or to attend Open House in the Fall or Spring semester.
