The Oak Street Living and Learning Academic Complex is located on the corner of Oak and Laurel Streets. The building is managed by two full-time, live-in Residence Hall Directors. This five-story air-conditioned building is designed to accommodate 155 male and 176 female students. The dormitory is divided into two wings with men on one side and women on the other. The rooms accommodate two students and the suites accommodate four students sharing one suite to include a living room and bathroom. This dorm is predominantly assigned to upper-class male and female Honor students achieving a grade point average of 3.2 or higher. The building is equipped with Telephone and Cable Television service in each room and lounge, laundry facilities and Living and Learning Lab. Community lounges and study spaces are located on each floor. Two elevators are provided in this building for easy traffic flow. Benedict's Community Park is conveniently located directly behind the complex for students and the community enjoyment.
