Important Reminders to Student Organizations

All Organization:

  • Must elect two (2) Representatives or the Tiger House of Representative (Student Senate). A Representative must attend all Tiger House of Representative ( Senate Meeting).
  • Must Complete all Facility Request forms ten (10) working days prior to the event.
  • Must have ALL posters and signs approved before posting on campus.
  • Must remove posters and signs form the campus the following day after the event.
  • Must contact the Physical Plant via work order for room set-up in the Campus Center.
  • The Office of Student Activities only provides the facility.
  • Greek and Social Lettered Organizations should select a reliable member for the Pan Hellenic/InterFraternal Council.
  • Greek and Social Lettered Organizations ONLY must submit a copy of Proof of Liability Insurance, yearly.
  • Greek and Social Lettered Organization must have an On-Campus Advisor
  • Must complete Advisor's Registration Form
