POSTAL SERVICE CHANGES
EFFECTIVE JANUARY 27, 2013

Returned Mail -- Effective immediately all envelopes must have "Return Service Requested" printed on the envelope. This entitles Benedict College to receive returned mail at no charge either with the new address or with reason for nondelivery of mail. If mail is returned with an updated address each department must update their records with the correct address. If mail is returned without the correct address that address must be deleted from each department's database to avoid resending to an incorrect address and a correct address must be submitted to Benedict College prior to re‐sending mail. The Post Office will charge a fee for returned mail if College records are not updated and mail repeatedly is sent to an incorrect address.
