Thank you for taking the time to browse Benedict College’s website and the Admissions and Student Marketing webpage. Benedict College gives serious consideration to every applicant who has met his/her state requirements for a high school diploma or GED and who is committed to taking full advantage of the opportunities the College provides him/her to obtain a college education. Our mission is to help make the process of enrolling at Benedict College simple and to treat each application with respect and dignity. Students completing an application for admissions should follow the instructions below:
Transfer students must be eligible to return to the last college or university attended and must provide Admissions and Student Marketing with an official copy of their academic record.
As a freshman or transfer student, you will receive valuable information from Admissions regarding documents needed to complete the admissions file. All new freshmen will receive additional information from the Freshman Institute regarding academic and social enrichment skills that will help you during your matriculation at Benedict College. The Freshman Institute’s slogan “BC Transformers: Enter with Pride - Exit with Power” is the legacy of Benedictines who are accomplished citizens in communities around the world. The Institute is dedicated to guiding you through your first year and each year thereafter for a successful transition into the workplace and/or graduate school.
