A Message from the Director

Benedict College is a cornerstone for academic excellence.  We are excited about awarding high academic achievers with several scholarship opportunities. In addition to the lucrative financial commitments, we are committed to engaging scholars in an academic community that cultivates their academic and social skills and encourages their individual potential.

Scholars will explore and develop their academic and research interests in classes facilitated by distinguished faculty members and by participating in the School of Honors. Scholars will also have several opportunities to display their research interests by participating in the computer science and mathematics mentoring program, student research days, local and national conferences, international programs and state-of-the art biological and physical science laboratories.

All of our students, whether intellectually gifted or artistically or athletically talented, have the ability and opportunity to achieve their goals and transform their dreams into reality. Benedict College is a place where "Learning to Be the Best" is more than a motto; it is the standard.
