"The page cannot be found"

... it means that the login link is not availabe on this public access site. You must access development site on the BC development server (Revize) to edit content. See Webmaster for URL.

Note: After logging in, refresh page to see edit buttons. After the updated content is saved, the web page should reappear. You may need to REFRESH or RELOAD your page to see the changes.
