Institutional Effectiveness

Institutional Effectiveness is one of the most critical functions of the higher education system. Providing quality services and programs in every aspect of the academic environment, implementing various strategies for assessing quality, and developing necessary and appropriate corrective measures define the components of an institutional effectiveness process. At Benedict College, campus-wide implementation of this process has, in many respects, contributed to the high levels of success that has been highlighted during the past six years. The Division of Institutional Effectiveness has supported this process by its systematic analyses and distribution of data and reports that are useful for decision-making and strategizing the College’s long-range plans. In addition, this Division, through sound management of critical student service units that undergird the basis for growth and that provide the technology needed to sustain this growth, serves as a viable link in the hierarchy of the organizational structure.
