Benedict College is a private, co-educational liberal arts institution located in Columbia, SC. It is the 4th largest private HBCU (Historically Black College or University) in the United States and has produced over 14,000 graduates. Of the 20 independent colleges in South Carolina, Benedict has the largest undergraduate student body and is the second largest overall with an undergraduate population of over 2,500 students.
